I decided to make chocolate chip cookies today because I haven't made them from scratch in a long time. I use the recipe that is one the Nestle Tollhouse Chocolate Chips bag. Cookies are a great way to enjoy the snow. Seriously, what's better than cookies and hot chocolate on a cold day? Also, one of my favorite memories from childhood was when me and my sisters would help my mom make cookies. I had the important to duty of greasing the cookie sheets with butter. With these cookies, I decided to add walnuts because chocolate and nuts taste so great together. I didn't have any cinammon, so I substituted with ground ginger. I didn't really taste a difference (however, I don't have sophisticated palette at all!). Lastly, I accidentally used baking soda and baking powder for the recipe. (The recipe calls for only baking powder.) I actually liked using both because the cookies came out fluffier..JPG)
Now, what should I cook for dinner...
