Since I don't have any plans today, I decided to spend the day cooking. I really do like to cook, but I find that I don't have a lot of time to actually do it. Also, I really hate having to clean up afterwards. For breakfast, I decided to make a yummy bacon egg and cheese sandwich. What's different about my sandwich is that I use turkey bacon (because I'm Muslim) and I used white cheddar cheese. Usually, I like using extra sharp yellow cheddar cheese or Finlandia Swiss cheese, but I didn't have any in my fridge. I used plain Pepperidge Farm white bread, but I love using ciabatta or foccacia breads for sandwiches. For condiments, I used fresh cracked black pepper, sriracha sauce, and ketchup. Bon Appetit!
